Electrical Maintenance Mechanic
Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the B Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and preventative maintenance of production equipment, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring proper operation and repair of plant equipment. This position requires proficiency in diagnosing complex equipment failures and responding to machine and equipment issues across the facility.
Responsibilities
+ Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance for production equipment.
+ Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on industrial manufacturing equipment.
+ Repair electronic components and controls.
+ Locate and diagnose complex equipment failures, including mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
+ Install and repair new and existing equipment, responding to machine and equipment issues in all facility areas.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting processes and equipment.
+ Experience with PLC, mechanical, electrical, and 480V systems.
+ Ability to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot machinery.
+ Minimum of 3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
+ Experience in a cGMP environment is a plus.
+ High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in electromechanical technology or similar degree preferred.
+ Proficiency with electrical systems, troubleshooting AC and DC voltages, and PLCs.
+ Experience with conduit, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, schematics, troubleshooting, wiring, preventive maintenance, industrial environments, 3-phase systems, blueprints, and test equipment.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
