About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Perform setup and troubleshooting of Manufacturing Equipment including Wet and Dry Granulation equipment, Fluid Bed Dryers. Coating equipment, Tablet presses, Capsule Filling machines, and Capsule banding machines.
- Perform troubleshooting of Packaging equipment including but not limited to Solid, Liquid, and Powder filling, Capper, Labelers, Cartoners, Blister packing machines.
- Troubleshooting of Liquid manufacturing tanks, Pumps, Motors, etc.
- To perform routine Preventive Maintenance and repairs to maximize efficient output.
- Follow Batch record requirements, quality and safety standards as well as all relevant Standard operating procedures.
- To fulfill the shift productivity standards, requirements and to escalate updates and issues to the designated supervisors as well as Maintenance Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum College Graduate or Equivalent in experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical plant preferred.
- Expertise in Electrical and Electronic component verification and troubleshooting.
- Minimum working knowledge of PLCs and their principles.
