Contract (possibility of extending or hire) Strong experience in a corporate environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs and processes
At least 2 years experience recruiting for aviation maintenance roles preferred
Ability to apply consultative skills to customer base
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create future pipelines of talent
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience sourcing candidates through creative channels including, but not limited to networking, social networking, internet mining, university relations, etc
Manager is looking for extremely professional/polished recruiter
2-4 years experience, degree in HR or Communications
3-6 month contract
$30-$35/hr.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
