Maintenance Supervisor - Archdiocese of Philadelphia

Saint Helena Church in Blue Bell, has several job positions available:

Business Manager:  This full-time position requires knowledge of Microsoft office suite programs, Quick Books, the FACTS (the parish/school tuition management program), and extensive bookkeeping/accounting skills. Prior Budgeting and supervisory experience required. 

Maintenance Supervisor: This full-time, hands-on, position requires a working knowledge of HVAC systems, safety & security systems, training, evaluating and supervising custodial staff, establishing cleaning and maintenance schedules, negotiating with vendors and ability to perform light mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry repairs.
