Seeking a maintenance supervisor to join an amazing national manufacturer.
We’ve made a vast number of upgrades and improvements over the last two years. To name a few: lug loaders, auto graders system, trimmer, 60 bin sorter, stacker, auto stick placer, auto strapping system, and inline auto dip tank. All of our equipment is ran by TS manufacturing systems. As well as added a new maintenance system to the maintenance department. We have all the data collection and tools available to make our maintenance team successful. We are looking for the right individual to lead this already built and successful process.
Responsibilities:
· Coordination and prioritization of a maintenance team addressing all daily maintenance and projects on site.
· Further development and oversight of the current Preventative Maintenance program to increase productivity flow and uptime.
· Daily communication with peers and superiors on status of repairs and projects.
· Ensure all employees under your responsibility follow all policies, with a heavy emphasis on Safety.
Expectations:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred for this role.
· Minimum 45-50 hours per week.
· Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 4:30 pm
· Supportive leadership, positive attitude, follow and enforce all company policies.
· Manage and take ownership of the above responsibilities.
· Formally review to direct report daily.
· Execute all directives and initiatives.
· Managing a staff of 4 second shift millwrights and 2 day shift millwrights.
· Safety: We are all responsible for safety. You are responsible for your employees’ personal protection equipment, for them operating within all safety guidelines, for their attendance at monthly safety talks, and for executing corrections as outlined in the monthly safety audit within 48 hours.
