Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Systems team is responsible for supporting the Store Maintenance Teams facing all ADUSA Brands by providing meaningful insights that drive action, change behavior and support decisions that simplify, streamline and drive efficiencies in our processes.
The Maintenance Systems Analyst is responsible for deriving and evaluating comprehensive analytics to identify trends, and potential process improvements in the delivery of cost savings and improved productivity in service to all of the brands of ADUSA. This role will work in partnership with the Manager of Maintenance Systems, and across all levels of Maintenance leadership to provide recommendations for enhancement and development of new IT opportunities for Store & Facilities Support Services functions. This provides both awareness and momentum to ensure the achievement of brand expense budgets and strategic deployment of retail facilities capital across all ADUSA brands. The Analyst is further responsible for assisting in creating, driving and maintaining the visibility of critical data-driven metrics and providing key insights & recommendations for leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and prioritizes potential store facilities capital improvement projects for all ADUSA Brands and conducts analysis for utilization in preparation of annual capital budgets
- Responsible for developing data analytics queries and reporting derived from Centralized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to provide metrics that support data-driven decision making. These analytics would be primarily focused in support of the Maintenance, Accounting, Finance, Energy, Store Development teams.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining project initiative reports, presentations, and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; making complex data and concepts clear when sharing results with executive leadership.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and other areas, as needed, to automate and/or simplify data feeds into the CMMS dashboard environment .
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy of published reports and dashboards.
- Follow up with primary dashboard contributors within the maintenance, vendor, and retail teams as necessary to resolve outstanding issues/concerns and obtain feedback on project process and content.
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities that provide the ability to unlock efficiency and continuous improvement within the maintenance program; leveraging Process Excellence Department to explore feasibility.
- Utilizes creative thinking and applies smart solutions for business challenges to ensure the asset management program maximizes its value to the business.
- Functions as the subject matter expert in capital planning technology and store asset insights, with a focus on maximizing asset life and value. Responsible for maintaining clear documentation and organized records for all communications related to capital planning.
- Support development and training of internal CMMS users in areas of operational and technical requirements including service performance, technology, safety and compliance, cost savings initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
- Assists the Maintenance Systems Manager with maintaining CMMS system operation and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting or Engineering)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or report writing or purchasing .
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to effectively work in groups using critical thinking to problem solve (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
- Business acumen (preferably with a background in retail, purchasing or sustainability)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles; including the ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
- Minimum 20% Travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or Engineering
- Service Channel or other CMMS application experience
- Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
