YOUR DAY AS A MAINTENANCE TECH

As a new Maintenance Tech at Carrollton Gardens Assisting Living and Memory Care, you'll quickly become familiar with our onsite systems, tools, and procedures. Your day-to-day will involve conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and assisting with any repairs or installations needed. You'll collaborate with the team to ensure the facility is always in top shape, embodying our customer-focused approach. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS MAINTENANCE TECH JOB?

• To excel as a Maintenance Tech you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience of solid grasp of basic maintenance operations and tools
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking is a must.
