Maintenance Tech - Labor Finders

• Maintain, and repair all building facilities, machinery and equipment.
• Complete service tickets and other routine requests.
• Assist management with maintaining materials and supplies.
• Coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, and residents.
• Schedule and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Oversee turnover and renovation work.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools, including hammer, drills etc.
• Ensure all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations and building standards.
• The ideal candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist and lift up to 50lbs. This position may require outdoor exposure for long periods of time. This position requires a rotating on-call schedule. Must be HVAC & EPA certified.
• Temporary to Hire
• Pay based on experience
