Full Time 8am - 4:30pm M-F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's physical spaces and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents. Your duties will include:

1. Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
2. Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
3. Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
4. Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
5. Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs.
6. Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
