Maintenance Technician - AmeriLux International, LLC

You can expect to work with all departments in our plant - giving you the ability to work hand in hand with leadership and see your direct impact on maintenance projects and process improvements. Job Duties | Qualifications:

• Machinery Operation: Perform preventative maintenance on machinery while remaining reactive to emergent machine issues to provide a prompt solution.
• Vendor Partnerships: Communicate with external vendors to create win-win solutions for new equipment and timely repairs.
• Career Advancement: Train cross functionally to take on new challenges and progress to higher operations roles while simultaneously developing new maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
