Maintenance Technician - Nandail Property Management

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure efficient operations and meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical components, and pneumatic systems.
• Utilize knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory; understanding of 3-phase motor control circuits is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems, including troubleshooting.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
• Follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Adapt to both scheduled and unscheduled overtime and manage shift flexibility.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment, adhere to GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and fulfill additional roles as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have personal hand tools required for the job.
• Salary is based on experience.
