YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Maintenance Technician, you start each day by attending the morning meeting to discuss the day's maintenance needs. You meticulously plan and prioritize your tasks for the day, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition. Throughout the day, you promptly address any maintenance issues that arise, applying your expertise to keep operations running smoothly. Your dedication and attention to detail are vital in maintaining a productive manufacturing environment.

Here's what we need from you:

• 3+ years of continuous experience in a manufacturing setting as a maintenance tech or helper
• Electrical experience while being proficient with a multimeter
• Hydraulics experience
• Pneumatics experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to read and write
• Proficiency and fluency in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with weekends and overtime as needed

The following skills are preferred:

• Electrical experience with 3 phase and control voltages (110 VAC, 24VAC and 24VDC)
• Experience with manual lathes and knee mills
• Experience diagnosing and R/R of input and output modules on PLCs
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams or ladder logic
• Experience with CNC Lasers, plasma tables, water jets, press brakes, etc.
• Bilingualism
• Ability through a staffing agency for the first 90 days
