Maintenance Technician - Manco Abbott Inc

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing our current residents with support by completing work orders for various items, such as appliance repair or troubleshooting (including A/C), general plumbing concerns, garbage disposals, smoke or CO2 detectors, and some electrical issues. Additionally, you will assist the property by preparing units for a new "move-in". This could consist of drywall patching or repair, painting, appliance repair or replacement, and/or anything inside the unit that would need to be fixed to make the unit polished and ready for the new resident to move in.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in apartment or residential maintenance, handyman services, or construction. Key responsibilities include:

-Ensure work orders are completed to resident satisfaction and in a timely manner

-Complete apartment turns in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction

-Assist with groundskeeping and painting as needed

-Provide excellent customer service to our residents

-Participate in after-hours emergency rotation for property

-Completed projects as needed
