The Maintenance Trainer leverages their expertise to identify process gaps, new development opportunities, and ways to advance the business. Additionally, they build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and administer evaluations for the training and development program for both new and existing employees.
- Ensure all training and development programs prioritize safety, food safety, and quality.
- Monitor the training environment for new methods and tools to incorporate into the training program.
- Stay updated on subject matter changes to revise training materials accordingly. Develop, maintain, and implement a training schedule in collaboration with Maintenance Management.
- Conduct ongoing training in all aspects of maintenance, administration, and related topics.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required training documentation, including best practices for using the e-learning management system.
- Assist in writing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct reports. .
