Maintenance unit supervisor - Amazing Staffing Consultant

The shift is 12-hour shifts and will rotate approximately every 6-12 weeks depending on business conditions from days to nights. ***

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Candidates must have maintenance and leadership experience – this should be industrial maintenance, ideally in heavy manufacturing. Residential or commercial facility maintenance is not a fit.&

Schedule for these positions are 12-hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, and they rotate from days to nights every 2-3 months.&

We have multiple openings in our various departments in our Davenport Works rolling mill facility (which is in Bettendorf, Iowa).

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution&

3 years of hands-on maintenance experience&

2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Mechanical background is a plus.

Experience in a union environment is a plus.
