About the Job
The schedule can be 4 x 10 hour shifts or 5 x 8 hour shifts. Locations served will be Salmon Creek, Columbia Tech Center, and 87th Ave.
- 4 x 10 - M-T-W-F, Thursdays off. May start as early as 6:30am and work as late as 7pm.
- 5 x 8 - Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
Starting pay range: $38.00 to $53.71 hourly, depending on experience.
Will provide diagnostic studies, treatment and support to patients by performing and/or specific diagnostic tests as ordered by providers. Has full knowledge of the indications, contraindications and hazards associated with procedures provided. Assures accuracy of test results, reports and equipment by having a thorough understanding of tests and techniques. Maintains equipment in good working order.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Graduate of an ARRT accredited school of radiology required.
- Current Washington State Radiologic license required.
- Current ARRT registered Mammography Technologist.
- One year mammography experience preferred.
- Digital mammography experienced required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, co-workers and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently while functioning as a team member.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow independently.
- American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
*Bonus paid in two installments and subject to repayment terms.
Pay Range:
$35.81 - $53.71
