MANAGED PRINT TECHNICIAN – TEXAS CITY, TEXAS – ON-SITE
As a Managed Print Technician, you are responsible for proactive and reactive services on Canon and HP devices we service. This position will fully support our customer by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing devices and equipment. In addition, the position will lead new installations and decommissioning out-of-date devices while promoting excellent customer service as an imageOne team member!
Responsibilities:
As a Managed Print Technician, you are responsible for proactive and reactive services on Canon and HP devices we service. This position will fully support our customer by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing devices and equipment. In addition, the position will lead new installations and decommissioning out-of-date devices while promoting excellent customer service as an imageOne team member!
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on Canon and HP devices
- Repair issues on Canon and HP devices
- Support of new device installation, moving devices between sites, and removing/decommissioning end of life devices
- Routine and preventative maintenance on devices and equipment
- Ensuring all devices are reporting and communicating
- Proactive and reactive toner replacement
- Remote triage and management/administration of fleet management tools and data collection agents
- Accurate asset control and accountability of entire fleet
- On site inventory organization and management
- Maintaining and regularly adjusting needs to auto replenishments
- Toner/parts ordering and recycling
- Administration and support of customer print solutions
- Delivering an extraordinary customer experience
- Ad hoc reporting of customer metrics and service insights
- Being a representative of imageOne
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Canon and HP devices
- Certified in HP A3 and Canon (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems, ServiceNow and EA preferred
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to attain a seaport TWIC card
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
