This position serves as a management analyst in the Human Capital Directorate (HCD), which is responsible for managing a range of human resources (HR) and human capital programs and initiatives designed to build and sustain an engaged workforce and facilitate a high-performance culture. The incumbent addresses issues and problems related to HR and human capital management at the Library; deploys quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies to develop data-driven conclusions and recommendations on human capital issues; and assists in the development and implementation of initiatives designed to optimize the Library’s organizational effectiveness and efficiency and to sustain and build an engaged workforce.
