We’re looking for a management fees specialist to join our ranks to join our ranks in greater Cincinnati, Ohio! Put your strong attention to detail—and your passion for customer service—to work on the operations side of the business. We’re looking for a management fees specialist to assist with calculating, collecting, and reconciling management fees for our growing advisory program, with more than $100 billion in assets under management.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing management fee setup for advisory accounts, and working with Commonwealth advisors and third parties to ensure that fees are processed properly
- Providing indispensable customer service via phone and email, and responding to inquiries from advisors and other clients regarding management fees
- Reconciling and resolving discrepancies in advisory management fee processing
- Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions and resolving escalated issues
- Working with the Transition team to help new advisors transfer their advisory business to Commonwealth

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior financial services experience a plus
