Responsibilities
Manage associate and occupational health activities, workflow and staffing resources within designated regional ministry markets.
+ Provide regulatory and accreditation requirements to and collaborate with ministry governance committees as needed.
+ Oversee record keeping and reporting processes on system platforms utilized to store records.
+ Provide leadership and direction for development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures.
+ Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
+ Provide assistance to Workers Compensation function regarding accommodated duty, restricted duty, disability leave, return to work and associate safety.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Preferences
+ Active Registered Nurse.
+ Previous Leadership experience HIGHLY preferred.
+ Varying hours and days; with flexibility needed for evening, early morning, or weekend hours
