Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store
Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are
Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive
To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Manager to help us do extraordinary things.

We are the marketing engine that drives worldwide gifting events including Holiday, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day as well as promotional offers such as Back to School and the Apple Shopping Event
Our team also plays a crucial role supporting geo-led initiatives including Chinese New Year and Diwali
As the Manager of Campaigns and Promos, you will lead the team that drives the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns at Apple Retail - across apple.com, the Apple Store online, in the Apple Store app, and in over 500 stores globally.Description- Develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and conversion at Apple Retail - in stores, online, and in the Apple Store app

- Lead a team of Marketing Managers specializing in seasonal campaigns, gifting moments and sales promotions
- Write and deliver the marketing strategy for campaigns and promotions at Retail; drive the process to keep teams connected and work progressing to key deadlines; ensure seamless execution at go-live
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Store Operations and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives
- Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels
- Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement

- Take action to ensure a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all team membersMinimum Qualifications8+ years of omni-channel marketing experience in a global capacity5+ years of people management, including building and developing teamsExpertise in online and outbound marketing channels, in-store physical and digital marketing touchpointsExtraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders of all levelsStrong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelinesPreferred Qualifications10+ years of omni-channel marketing experience in a global capacityAble to hone in on business challenges through analysis and performance insights, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of viewExpertise in solving problems and delivering results through negotiation, tact and diplomacyProven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiativesExperienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefsAble to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the workBA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plusPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role
The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs
