The Manager of Campus Renovation and Capital Projects will direct, coordinate, plan, and assist with the design and coordination of capital improvement projects to ensure that apartment renovations and campus capital projects are completed timely and on budget. The role will ensure that the Network capital asset process is followed and that resident upgrades are tracked and paid for in accordance with the terms of the Resident Agreement.

What we are looking for:
We need a proven leader who will help our team members and Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents; someone who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships. The Manager of Campus Renovation and Capital Projects is required to:
- Have a minimum of eight years of maintenance or construction management experience with at least three years in a campus setting;
- Exhibit extensive and demonstrable knowledge or education in any or all of the following technical fields: electrical, plumbing, boilers, HVAC;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, and influence others;
- Effectively interact with all levels of management and staff;
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications, experience with WorxHub is a plus.
Certification in electrical, plumbing, boiler, or HVAC work is preferred.
