Overview:Responsible for building and developing our CI talent including Black Belts, Green Belts, Process Engineers, and OpEx Leads through a data-driven approach to process improvement. Owns the scoping, facilitation, and execution of large scale, transformational, cross-enterprise value stream process improvements. Manages an enterprise CI project portfolio representing significant, large scale cost reduction and acts as Program Manager for the entire EEC project portfolio. With the VP, Operational Excellence, this position will support the collaborative efforts of BU and SSU leaders and leaders of enterprise change disciplines and initiatives such as Organizational Change Management, Heart of Customer, Knowledge Management, and Project Streamline to ensure a holistic view of process improvement that utilizes the entire OpEx Model to deliver value efficiently. This role will work with enterprise leaders to identify improvement opportunities that have significant impact to the enterprise's financial position. It will link up the individual OpEx deployment areas to provide transparency and awareness of inefficiencies across value streams and work with leaders to prioritize and resource the improvement initiatives. It will then assume ownership and project management responsibility of the initiatives to ensure improvement benefit realization by acting not only as facilitator of the improvement event but also project manager of the resulting action plans.Responsibilities:What you will do:
- Recruits, hires, manages, and develops individuals responsible for identifying and executing on impactful enterprise improvement projects utilizing the W&S Operational Excellence framework.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the PROSPER team, building their CI capability and ability to execute on projects plans.
- Design and deliver training programs for Black Belts, Green Belts, and OpEx Leads equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead their own improvement projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure the successful development of CI talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify transformational projects that have significant benefit to bottom line.
- Lead and facilitate a portfolio of Lean and Six Sigma process improvements, ensuring the effective application of methodologies to optimize business processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma tools, including Kaizen, to assess current states, and develop and execute on future states that meet the needs of the business(es).
- Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven insights to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize and manage Business Process Outsourcing as a solution to short-term and long-term capacity constraints
- Collaborate with all enterprise change management groups to implement strategies that ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of process improvements across the organization.
- Act as a change agent and influencer at all levels of the organization, gaining buy-in from stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Co-lead Executive level steering committee meetings, providing status updates, review of benefits and needs requirements to remove roadblocks and allow for timely execution
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in process improvement and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization's methodologies.
- Utilize Project Management Professional (PMP) expertise to manage the entire EEC program portfolio of transformational projects. Collaborate with enterprise leaders and PMO resources to ensure the seamless prioritization, resourcing, and execution of project action plans.
- Utilize a data driven approach that enables the understanding of, and agreement on, current state performance and potential benefits. Create, support and present Cost/Benefit Analysis to justify projects and garner resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Bachelor's Degree Business Management/Administration or Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience in (Required)
- 7-9 years Business experience in service industry (Preferred)
- 7-9 years Utilization of Lean and SixSigma continuous improvement tools (Preferred)

- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt Upon Hire (Required)
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon Hire (Preferred)
- Works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.
- Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information to customers and associates on a regular basis.
- Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports and forms via paper and electronic documents, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, and/or operation of machinery (including inspection); using measurement devices continuously. Visual acuity is required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
