Manager Employment Compliance Counsel - Aligned Solutions

Summary of the Role:

The position is crucial for ensuring our client complies with employment laws while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OFCCP Compliance Specialist: Oversee the preparation and certification of the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1 reporting, and other compliance tasks.

• Ensure Legal Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws in the Americas, conduct legal research, and draft/negotiation employment agreements and updates to Employee Handbooks.

• Handle Litigation: Represent the company in employment-related legal matters, manage outside counsel, and coordinate responses to inquiries from labor agencies.

• Real Estate Matters: Manage real estate leases, conduct legal research on contracts, and provide counsel on general real estate issues.

Ideal Candidate:

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 3-5 years of experience in employment law; commercial real estate experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to travel 10%.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work 24-32 hours a week in a hybrid model.
• Position based in Dallas, TX.
