Responsibilities
Holland America Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Enrichment Manager who is responsible for providing support and leadership the Enrichment team members, ensuring projects stay on task and managing several functions such as training/media content for CS teams across the HA group

•Coaching, guiding and supporting Enrichment team members
•Working with the Director, Enrichment to prioritize projects and provide leadership and oversight
•Ensure projects stay on task and find efficient and effective ways to ensure remain highly productive.

Requirements
•Bachelors Degree
•Understanding of Polar system functions
•Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
•ability to meet strict deadlines and to motivate and mentor team members
•Must have experience in Media platforms such as Final cut pro and Storyline/ instructional design platforms such as Storyline articulate
•Must be able to create and foster positive working relationships.

Preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in learning field preferred.
•Leadership/Project Management experience
•Instructional Design Theory expereince
