The Opportunity
- Successfully lead, coach, guide, train, establish objectives for and provide effective performance feedback to HRIS team.
- Efficiently prioritize work across the team to ensure maximum productivity and meet both project-related work and day-to-day production and support work.
- Establish effective process documentation and controls for all system changes and ensure compliance.
- Establish post-project analyses, document lessons learned and incorporate into future revision plans.
- Create the system setup and data element configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Taleo ATS, and bridges the suite of Talent Management systems (SumTotal, ShiftAdmin, Phenom, and Salesforce) together to ensure accurate upstream and downstream data flows.
- Perform business process configuration for modified or new business processes impacting HCM system.
- Manage HR systems security and access controls to ensure appropriate distribution of data and use.
- Ensure systems quality and data accuracy by establishing process for HRIS to successfully audit data, system and access using established internal governance processes.
- Partner with IT to assist in their support of integrations to and from HCM and ATS systems and other internal systems (ex: Active Directory, AI, SFDC, LMS, ServiceNow).
- Create and share reports that provide meaningful information for end users, eliminate reports that are unused or provide information otherwise available on dashboards.
- Maximize reporting and operating efficiency by effectively using and repurposing existing queries and data, also training users to effectively use dashboards and to modify data and reports.
- Establish an audit calendar that captures detail on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Proactively research new enhancements in each Oracle HCM and Taleo Cloud release and coordinate with the team to enable new functionality.
- Coordinate and lead future enhancement and update roll-out, ensuring clarity on impacts to planned roadmap activities; communicate status as well as issue escalations.
- Coach and act as backup to HRIS and ATS Analysts in configuration coordination and deployment of new features.
- Proactively seek business requirements and scope projects for system requirements, ensuring appropriate timing and resource allocation, and availability.

- Develop, create, and provide relevant, accurate, and actionable HR reporting on a regular basis using data from multiple HR data sources (Oracle Cloud HCM & Taleo).
- Compile, analyze, and synthesize data to communicate workforce status and trends that tells a story in a concise, accurate, and illustrative way.
- Consult with the business to understand short & long-term talent outcomes desired; create reporting to measure progress and / or ROI.
- Partner with ITS to ensure key data elements are supplied to the enterprise reporting tool (Microstrategy) for integrated data analysis.
- Performs related duties as required.
Required Experience and Competencies
- BA or BS in HR Management or Computer Science desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 8+ years of HRIS administration experience, preferably utilizing SaaS HR technology required.
- 3+ years working with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Taleo, and other HR applications as a team leader required.
- 8+ years in Human Resources and/or HR Systems, preferably as a regular, full-time post, though long-term consulting assignments will be considered required.
- 2-3 years of successful management/leadership experience and ability to effectively drive results required.
- Ability to understand systems and HR technology, project management, and application of new technology.
- Strong knowledge of the employee life cycle and related Human Resources processes, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to apply quantitative HRIS analysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries, metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate proactively with peers and colleagues at every level.
- Ability to understand and communicate the strategy in an actionable way for teams and internal constituents.
- Advanced/expert user in Excel.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR functions/metrics.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits.
- Knowledge of cloud technology infrastructure, environments, and integrations.
- Experience implementing and sustaining Human Capital Management Systems including vendor relationship management.
- Demonstrated verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work on projects independently and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ability to effectively coach and mentor staff, assign, and manage their workloads.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $117,110 - $149,315, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
