Manager- Med/Surg/ Tele- Full Time Day Shift at Specht & Associates

Looking for a CA RN with at least 5 years of Med-surg or Telemetry experience.
Preferably at least 1 year as a Manager or Charge


Skills and Certifications [note: bold skills and certification are required]
American Heart Association- Basic Life Support Certification
American Heart Association- Advance Life Support Certification
California Professional Nursing License


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Attention to detail, high level of accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and function effectively with high volumes of patients.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must demonstrate good computer skills.

Solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference and volume.

Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
