Job Summary:
Under supervision of the Vice President of Spiritual Health Services, an individual in this position will be responsible for managing the daily operations for the WMC campus. Duties includes staff and student scheduling, timekeeping/payroll, coordination of on-call schedules in cooperation with other network campus managers, billing with Accounts Payable, inter-departmental communications with other leaders to ensure success of program initiatives that support network employee wellness initiatives and direct administrative support for the Clinical Pastoral Education program.
Responsibilities:
- Manages staffing, vacation and on-call scheduling to increase efficiency & effectiveness and scope of services;
- Manages weekly payroll and accounts payable functions;
- Partners with other inter-departmental leaders to support employee wellness initiatives, e.g. Schwartz Compassion Rounds, Code Lavender;
- Manages the the scheduling for the annual Pastoral Care Week events to ensure wide participation and engagement of employees across the network;
- Provides administrative support to the Director of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE);
- Coordinates and supports orientation scheduling of CPE activities according to student’s needs under the guidance of the CPE Educator;
- Provides monthly staff data collection for patient visitation metrics;
- Provides data for annual budget preparation and support for vendor contracts;
- Escalates staff issues to VP when aware of interpersonal team issues;
- Other duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a medical setting, required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, required
Education:
- Bachelors Degree, required
Licenses / Certifications: N/A

- Ability to manage and work within teams
- Skills needed include a high degree of judgment, discretion, and decision-making
- Must possess analytical skills sufficient to organize and prepare comprehensive reports
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
- Attention to details with the ability to work with others across the network
- Must enjoy working with students
