Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and energetic Manager to lead daily operations at Bark Social. This role is perfect for someone who loves dogs, enjoys a lively social atmosphere, and has a strong background in hospitality management. The Manager will oversee all aspects of the park, food & beverage service, and staff coordination, ensuring our members and their furry friends have an exceptional experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dog park, food & beverage service, and customer service.
• Manage and lead a team of Bark Rangers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for both dogs and their owners.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and any operational issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain inventory and manage vendor relationships for kitchen, bar, and park supplies.
• Monitor staff schedules, training, and performance to meet operational goals.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service across all areas of the park.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pet care management, hospitality or restaurant management(dog park experience a bonus!).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for building community.
• Ability to handle high-energy environments and multitask effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
