Summary/objective
The Manager, Product Operations, is responsible for driving process efficiencies, collaboration, and best practices across the Product organization within Repair OnDemand. This role is responsible for creating skilled recommendations and executing sound plans to streamline the efforts of the Product Owners and their teams, leveraging optimization of tools, automation, and workflows. Works with Product Leaders to define key measurements of outcomes, productivity, and value, and then collaborates with the Data and Insights team to create supporting visualizations and contextual reporting. Supports the path to launch of new products, features, and functionality while reducing friction through planning, collaboration, and communication across the organization, from ideation through commercialization. Asserts the importance of the client experience, driving the collection, collation, and application of client interactions and feedback.

Asserts the importance of the client experience, driving the collection, collation, and application of client interactions and feedback.Essential functionsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.•Process Management: Scrutinize workflows, tools, and processes through a lens of continuous improvement, identifying areas of waste and opportunities to alleviate effort, eliminate redundancy, and shorten time from ideation through product launch.•Collaboration: Ensure critical and necessary stakeholders are engaged through skilled management of meetings and the decision-making process. Drives the consistent delivery of product demos, roadmap updates, and outcomes of PI planning to the business to ensure a unified approach to market launch.•Communication Pathways: Designs a communication framework that supports sufficient and timely sharing of both critical and non-critical information to Engineering the Business, and executive leadership. •Data Insights: Collaborate with Data Insights team to cull meaningful Product KPI’s that inform decisions and planning within Product, the Business, and organization strategy. Ensures accuracy and relevancy through scrutiny and an outcome-based approach to qualitative and quantitative deliverables. Drives reporting of KPI’s at all stages of the product lifecycle, communicating them appropriately and with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.•Develop Product framework: Drives consistency of language and behaviors through the socialization and reinforcement of a Product framework that is lacking in ambiguity but has an appropriate level of flexibility.•Launch Planning: Work with Product Owners to determine the best path to Launch for new features, functionality, and products. This includes the necessity of gates including beta and pilot. Creates a plan to achieve, engaging with project management resources as needed or deemed advantageous to the outcome. •Product & Operational Readiness: Engages in working sessions across the business to assess the necessary activities, communications, and timeline leading up to general availability. Develops project-level plans for beta and pilot documenting requirements, schedules, milestones, and resource assignments. client engagement from initial agreement to participate through feedback loop.Minimum Qualifications:•A.A.S. in Business, Product Development, or related field.•3+ years of working experience in a Product Operations, Product Management, or Operations role working closely with product and engineering teams.•Working knowledge of PI planning, roadmap construction, and sprint planning protocols.•Strong project management experience.•Experience executing cross-functional work, leading teams without direct authority to execute a plan within tight deadlines.•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.•Experience creating workflows and processes with and without automation.•Experience designing reporting and visualizations to convey information.Preferred Qualifications:•B.S. in Business, Product Development, or related field•Experience working with 3rd parties to drive execution•SQL experience•Experience with BPM software•Experience creating•Experience with DOMOSupervisory responsibilitiesThis role has no supervisory responsibilities.Work environmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
