Our Advisory Division work focuses on Valuation & Litigation Support Services, Accounting Advisory Solutions, Transaction Services, and Management Consulting. The business valuation professionals work closely with their clients to learn about the company from all points of view to provide a fair, accurate, and confidential picture of the company’s value. Our clients range from individual partnership interests; to small companies and professional practices; to large regional, national and multi-national companies.
We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Valuation & Litigation Support Services team! We are open to this position being in any of our office locations: Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH; Chicago, IL; Baltimore, MD; Detroit or St. Clair Shores, MI; Buffalo or New York, NY; Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities:- Manage several different engagements at one time
- Apply conceptual thinking and analytical skills to conduct business valuations and portfolio valuations and review valuations in support of audit teams
- Perform in-depth financial and valuation analysis and modeling
- Communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring insight and offer solutions to complex problems
- Keep current on best practices in industry analysis and market data/issues and share knowledge with the team and clients to improve decision-making
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate and lead client meetings
- Compile and issue supporting documentation and final reports for ongoing projects
- Continue to advance technical knowledge
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Serve as a technical expert and mentor in the valuation space to staff and seniors
- 4+ years of valuation experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other valuation industry credentials strongly preferred
- Ability to easily transition between projects and engagements
- Team player
- Desire for continuous learning & entrepreneurial spirit

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - 155,000*
*Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifcations, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
