About the Job
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Manager of Client Services will supervise & manage
the Client Services Department and ensure timely response and
satisfaction to both internal and external customers. The Manager will
ensure that clients are provided exceptional service by the assigned
employees and maintain a positive and proactive solution-oriented
department. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the flow of
communication between clients and the company is fluid. This position
ensures clients receive exceptional service. We are looking for a driven
leader that desires to become the technical expert this team needs to
lead them to success. Must be a strategic thinker with data analytic
skills. Needs to have a proactive approach to problem solving and be a
forward-thinking individual that can spot red flags before they explode.
Proven track record of Successful People Management in a Technical
Environment AND Transportation/Logistics Experience REQUIRED. *

Required: Project Management High sense of urgency Ability to balance
large volume of open projects and oversee status Imaginative, ability to
figure out semi complex tasks on the fly in client situations Strong

situations and priorities Diplomatic/professional written and verbal
communication skills High retention and recall of data/facts on demand
