Job description :
Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead and related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in Core HR for Global Company across Multiple Geographies.
+ Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead with an experience of 8 years.
+ Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
+ Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation.
+ Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
+ Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Core HR.
+ Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like ORC, Talent Management, Learn and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.
+ Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Required Skills
+ Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
+ Prepare the User Guides.
+ Provide the Support for HR Key Users
+ Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.
