About the Job
CTSS is looking for machine operators/associates to join our team!
Our machine operators can expect to be involved with many tasks that may/may not include sewing, embroidery, printing, and final reviews of products.
Machine associates can expect to be thoroughly trained on tasks, and asked to assist in tasks related to the team's production needs.
Machine Associates are required (to have):
- Ability to inspect and set up machines for production
- Monitoring and maintaining machines throughout the day
- Ability to follow directions in accordance with company and OSHA regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Catch product defects on a timely manner
- Take ownership in the safety of self and others
- Ability to keep up with production demands
- Ability to work in a team setting
