The role will focus on supporting and structuring a new manufacturing system expansion, contributing to seamless integration and enhanced production efficiency.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate to support and manage the Eyelit MES software, guiding the system"s configuration, expansion, and maintenance.* Contribute to creating structured solutions for MES system expansions, supporting a range of manufacturing processes.* Apply technical insights in mechanics, structural design, and manufacturing concepts to enhance software applications.* Perform hands-on work on the production floor to ensure manufacturing system alignment and support real-time process optimization.* Maintain and update technical documentation, process reports, and standards.Qualifications:* MES Software Experience: Hands-on expertise with Eyelit MES or equivalent Manufacturing Execution Software.* Technical Knowledge: Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of design for manufacturing principles and mechanics of materials.* Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.* Proficiency in MS Office and excellent attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:* Education: M.S. or B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.* Software and Process Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing processes (assembly, fabrication).* Documentation Skills: Experience in creating and updating technical documentation.* Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with an ability to provide technical leadership.Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
