About the Job
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our collaborative team. You will develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. Your expertise in materials and processes will help define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence. You will evaluate equipment and tools’ performance, investigate deficiencies, and initiate corrective actions to ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Define operations procedures and build sequences.
- Evaluate equipment and tools’ performance and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide input to product design to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
- Support the building of legacy composite control surfaces and edges as a subject matter expert in composites manufacturing.
- Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Experience in Composite Fabrication and Composite Assembly
- Experience in Mechanical Assembly and System Installation
- Previous experience working with CNC Machine Operators
- Experience with LO (Low Observable) composite assemblies
- STEM degree
