Manufacturing Operations Manager - OneSource Staffing Solutions

Our client, a manufacturing company in the Findlay, OH Area is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager.

The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing Operations including Health & Safety, Plant Security, Production Scheduling, Production, Quality, Staffing, Warehousing, Inventory Management and Shipping/Receiving. Managing a team of direct reports, the Operations Manager ensures that order fulfilment occurs within competitive lead-times and meets or exceeds established throughput and cost metrics whilst maintaining and improving the quality of products produced.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager, reporting directly to President of the company works with peers in Customer Service, Design, Procurement and Finance to delight customers, empower employees and drive profitable growth.

Accountabilities:
• Maintain a clean, safe & healthy plant compliant with all legal requirements and ‘best practice’
• Provides for plant is security during operating and non-operating hours
• Maintains an accurate production schedule with both internal and external visibility
• Executes daily, weekly, monthly and annual production
• Meets or exceeds established quality standards and metrics
• Ensures that all direct and indirect production positions are filled and adjusted seasonally to meet the demand plan.
• Oversees the warehousing & shipping receiving functions.
• Maintains accurate perpetual inventories
• Works with Procurement to ensure that all materials required to meet the Demand Plan are on-hand when required.

Pay range is $100K - $140K plus bonus
