About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Processing: Load chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, operate equipment through an interface for preblending, milling, and postblending, and monitor automated processes while troubleshooting as needed.
Packaging: Prepare materials and pack powder into various containers (e.g., barrels, buckets, bottles), followed by palletizing filled containers.
Cleaning: Break down and set up equipment, connect hoses and piping using gaskets and clamps, clean rooms, load equipment into parts washers, and operate automated cleaning systems.
Computer Use: Utilize basic computer skills to assist with operations.
Documentation: Accurately read and write in logbooks, ensuring all documentation is legible and clear.
Experience variability: While the process is standard, each batch of powdered product is unique, leading to a different manufacturing experience daily.
Work Environment: All job activities are conducted indoors under temperature-controlled conditions.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality assurance.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to complete paper-based documentation accurately.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Positive attitude and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in manufacturing or safety are a plus but not required.
