Summary:
Employed as a Production Associate working as a member of the Morgan Advanced Materials Team reporting to the Shift Supervisor, responsible for the safe and efficient running of the machine, ensuring the parameters are set to the standard operating procedures. Carry out the duties associated with the manufacture, packing and inspection of the Ceramic Core.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete necessary worksheets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Process Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised working environment.
- Adhere to Company regulations, rule and procedures.
- Highlight any machine maintenance, matrix/reformers/tooling and calibration concerns.
- Work with other team members to provide support.
- Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
- Report to the Charge hand/Module Leader any issues which may impact on the ability of manufacturing to achieve the plan.
- Take part in continuous improvement projects and work within 6S practises.
- To be trained in at least one other production process and to be able to move departments in line with business need.
- Report Near misses
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to work full-time
- This is a long-term opportunity. We are not looking for temporary employment.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
