Role Overview:
The Market Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and supporting the establishment of new entities in target regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential regions for expansion, including market size, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets, including go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and partnership opportunities.
- Entity Setup: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the establishment of new entities in target regions, including legal, HR, and operational aspects.
- Relationship Building: Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders in new regions to ensure successful market entry.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on market conditions, business opportunities, and progress towards expansion goals to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and strategies.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel 50-75%
- Must have 6+ years of experience
- Proven experience in business development including international expansion is a Must, mainly in the software or technology industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and local authorities.
- Experience in setting up business entities in new regions is highly desirable.
- Willingness to frequent international travel as needed.
