Responsibilities
- Foster effective relationships with senior-level government officials and stakeholders.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and OIs for the Strategy and Partner Engagement Team (XE) at DC3.
- Plan and execute engagements with USG, senior government leaders, foreign government, and other entities.
- Host and manage weekly meetings with the DC3 Cross Functional Team (CFT), addressing changes, additions, and updates on upcoming engagements.
- Regularly interact with DC3 Directors and the CFT to maintain an up-to-date engagement and conference tracker.
- Contribute inputs and updates on future engagements and conferences for the weekly Enterprise Meeting led by the DC3 Exec Director.
- Prepare for engagements, including tailoring the DC3 Mission Brief, creating visit itineraries, validating VARs/clearances, and coordinating with Facilities on upcoming visits.
- Assist in the organization and hosting of large-scale events with over 200 attendees.
- Perform necessary administrative tasks, such as taking meeting minutes and managing calendar invitations.
- Leverage a strong understanding of DOD policies and strategies in all interactions.
- Build and manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize high levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to relay complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team setting and adapt to shifting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in DOD policies and strategies.
- Experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience. Or 0 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
