ABOUT THIS ROLE
Schedule & Location: This is a full-time admin position, with a typical Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM at our Salt Lake City, UT location.
The Position: As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, your day kicks off with organizing the office, managing phone calls, and assisting with scheduling. You then switch to creative mode, working on marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and brainstorming ideas to enhance brand awareness. Between these tasks, you assist with payroll, handle invoices, reconcile bank deposits, and even help coordinate staffing. You also have opportunities to assist with event planning and face-to-face marketing-making sure every day is different and exciting!
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop)
- ​​​​Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to identify and apply opportunities
- Strong understanding of social media management and branding
