Marketing Assistant - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Marketing Assistant for one of our Belleville, IL clients. This is a temp to hire, onsite, fulltime position.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the successful completion of projects. Key responsibilities include:

Processing claims related to marketing programs.

Preparing reports and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives.

Maintaining and formatting price files.

Planning and executing tradeshows and events.

Coordinating both on-site and off-site technical and sales training sessions.

Managing the merchandise program and processing orders.

Ensuring open communication with customers and the Empire marketing team to meet needs and resolve inquiries.

Assisting in the updating of web content as needed.

Supporting the marketing team on various projects as assigned.

Processing orders for literature and point-of-purchase (POP) materials.

Associates Degree or Higher

1-3 years exp in marketing support role, sales team support role
