We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Assistant will also support our sales and marketing teams in executing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. This role blends traditional marketing responsibilities with a strong focus on sales-driven initiatives, helping to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, eager to collaborate across teams, and passionate about using marketing tools to directly impact sales outcomes.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Be cross-trained in all of the major departments, including direct marketing, sales, customer service, community outreach, and team leadership
- Learn how to manage accounts for our clients and their customers
- Develop skills to be able to work within the sales department, work with customers on services they are eligible for, and close sales orders
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally in a professional environment
- Learn how to conduct interviews on behalf of the company
- Build long-lasting relationships with professionals in marketing and advertising
Our ideal candidate will match the following criteria:
- Majoring in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, and/or Business Administration or a similar field
- Prior work experience in customers service and sales is a bonus
- Have a go-getter attitude and a desire to be the best
- Be incredibly coachable and open to learning and training old and new marketing strategies
- Be adaptable and ready to face and overcome challenges in their day-to-day
