MARKETING ASSISTANT

The Old Spaghetti Factory has continued to grow for 55 years and we are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have previous bookkeeping experience (preferred but not required)
• Have any experience as a receptionist (preferred but not required)
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Are able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have solid work history
• Enjoy working in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere
• Must be self motivated, have excellent time management skills, and have creativity in marketing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining The Old Spaghetti Factory image to a wide audience
• Responsible for promoting The Old Spaghetti Factory to ensure increased guest counts
• Works closely with, and builds a collaborative relationship with the corporate marketing department
• Informs the store managers of any advertising and large events effecting their operations
• Keep contacts and data of weekly duties on the marketing agenda and send this in every Monday to Corporate Marketing
• Call local businesses to promote banquets and catering
• Coordinate and execute key publicity generating events
• Develop positive relationships with the business community
