In this highly visible role, you will manage orchestration of Marketing programs from the largest device and brand tentpole moments to the smaller, more targeted launches. Responsible for cross-functional and strategic coordination of Marketing campaigns to drive optimized outcomes. This role will lead a portfolio of campaigns to drive strategic alignment and efficiencies. Requires expert knowledge of marketing fundamentals as well as marketing brief creation, omni-channel campaign coordination, executive-level marketing strategy presentations, and go-to-market execution. Considered an expert in driving strategic Marketing objectives, in-market optimization, and applying learnings from retrospectives.
The ideal candidate would be considered a Marketing expert and have experience in driving change in a large organization. They should be grounded in strategic campaign management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Partner with the marketing owner of the campaign to ensure the successful execution of the strategic vision.
- Develop marketing roster, manage timelines, support marketing stakeholders to reach goals, mitigate risk and remove roadblocks, document all key info and decisions within AT&T’s workflow management tool.
- Utilize considerable working knowledge of marketing fundamentals and channels with the skill to integrate and communicate that information for consumption at multiple levels.
Strategic coordination to ensure optimized execution
- Ensure every marketing execution is optimized at launch and continue to find efficiencies while it remains in market.
- Cross analyze multiple layers of planning from top of the trees annual planning to channel and messaging-specific plans to strategically direct the campaign to achieve its objectives.
Cross-functional stakeholder management and communications
- Work with cross-functional teams at the working and executive level and provide the right amount of information, cross-referenced with all other planning levers to assist in clear decision-making.
Oversight and discipline for governance
- Keen attention to detail for timelines and rigor to ensure all materials are ready within approval windows.
- Clear communication with working teams and leadership on approval windows for each of the milestone documents for the campaign.
- Consistently look for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
Project management
- Utilize working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tool
- Manage the record keeping, alerts & variances, and timelines of the campaign to ensure our marketing records remain up to date with the latest strategies and documentation
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
- Identify trends in process that could create more efficiencies
- Partner with Workfront Business Owners to continuously improve the process to drive high quality work product while moving faster to execute.
- Partner with the marketing owner and channel partners to relay feedback to the Marketing Operations team to find additional synergies and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Leader of strategic cross-functional coordination of large-scale marketing activities, bringing diverse groups of individuals to work towards common goals.
- Campaign manager of holistic marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
- Experience managing multi-faceted go-to-market campaign processes requiring strong organizational skills, detail-focused strategic oversight, rigorous risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at a time
- Expert presentation and persuasion skills at the executive level.
- Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external constituents; ability to communicate key information concisely, conduct retrospective and other working sessions with all levels of leadership
- Collaborative and willing to roll up their sleeves with the team and get close to the details as well as interface with and influence senior leaders across the firm through building relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative
- React quickly with strategic thinking and solutioning in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively find solutions to difficult and ambiguous problems and partner with cross-functional teams to implement
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an ability to create structure and process
- Strong communicator; verbal and written
- Expert in Microsoft Office
Preferred
MBA or Master’s degree
Experience with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management tools
Creative or Media Agency experience
Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Locations: El Segundo, CA or Dallas, TX (Must be able to work out of our office location minimum 3 days per week)
Our Marketing Campaign Manager between $130,700 - $196,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
