Compensation: $ 67.95 - $86.83 (based on experience)
Overview/Summary:
—Content Migration: Download and organize files from the old DAM system and upload them to the new DAM platform.
—Taxonomy Management: Utilize your knowledge of taxonomy to tag assets accurately based on defined categories and metadata.
—Excel Expertise: Migrate content from various extensive Excel spreadsheets, aligning data with specific Excel templates required for loading into the new DAM system.
—Brand Compliance: Quickly learn and understand our corporate branding guidelines to ensure new material being loaded are brand compliant.
—CMS Management: Populate our brand guidelines and other relevant content into the new DAM system using the new system’s Content Management System (CMS).
—User Accessibility: Ensure the new DAM platform is user-friendly and that existing and new guidelines being added are easy to navigate.
—Graphic Design/Branding Experience (Bonus): Assist with basic graphic design tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
—2-5 years in a marketing role, preferably with experience in both CMS and DAM systems.
—Strong understanding of taxonomy and data organization.
—Proficiency in Excel.
—Familiarity with corporate branding and the ability to quickly learn and apply brand guidelines.
—Experience with CMS platforms.
—Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
—Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
—Graphic design skills are a plus.
