The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director of Marketing + Property Development with the coordination and execution of marketing efforts for Drucker + Falk properties, emphasizing multifamily and corporate strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include executing monthly marketing reporting packages, on-site marketing training, managing marketing projects, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and representing the company in industry events and associations. Frequent travel is required approximately 30%—50% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Understand the current multifamily market(s) within Drucker + Falk’s portfolio.
- Coordinate social media initiatives for DF properties, including monitoring reputation management and providing training on DF Best Practices.
- Demonstrate confidence in DF best practices and DF Marketing Playbook, CRM software capabilities, marketing technology tools, data metrics, and DF and industry benchmarking.
- Communicate internally and externally as a “Subject Matter Expert” on DF and Multifamily Marketing best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising sources and marketing initiatives per community marketing strategies.
- Compile monthly marketing summary reports.
- Maintain marketing and vendor relationships and recommend changes based on budget, property goals, and advertising metrics.
- Execute annual strategic marketing plans and short-term marketing action plans.
- Collaborate with DF IT Department, DF Webmaster, and DF Marketing Department to ensure all property websites meet Drucker + Falk minimum web presence standards.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content for all digital advertising channels.
- Coordinate all aspects of print marketing collateral, signage/banners, and swag with vendor partners on time and within budget.
- Shop competitor assets and compile data in the form of an Indicated Rent Study or Property Analysis.
Qualifications
Skills and Attributes
- Marketing experience, preferably in multifamily.
- Proficiency in online, consumer-based digital promotion.
- Experience leveraging Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media outlets for property advantage.
- Working knowledge of all fair housing and other governmental laws about marketing multifamily properties.
- Ability to analyze marketing and trend data, project management, MS Office and Google Suite usage, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Yardi.
- Working knowledge of Internet Listing Site vendors, Multifamily AI technology, and Multifamily CRM software.
- Experience in executing marketing training initiatives.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Project Management and Project Implementation experience.
- Ability to learn new systems and understand system integration.

Education or Experience
A bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred but not required with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a multifamily or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Yardi; Google Suite: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Analytics; social media; Data Visualization; general graphic design abilities.
