Overview:The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the CSCSW brand by collaborating with marketing and sales teams, as well as external vendors and partners. This role is responsible for managing the company’s presence at tradeshows and events, coordinating with industry associations, and streamlining workflow efficiency.
Key responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, supporting marketing campaigns, handling budget management, and ensuring consistent branding across various platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will also support cross-functional teams to address marketing needs and contribute to the overall success of the company’s marketing strategies.
As a crucial member of the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will drive brand visibility, facilitate effective communication between departments, and support the execution of marketing initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities
· Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to gather pertinent approvals, registrations, and equipment needs as needed.
· Support Marketing Manager with event management and execution of tradeshow strategy including registrations, logistics, branding, promotions and related marketing campaigns.
· Oversee invoice approvals and credit card reconciliation to help manage the company’s marketing budget.
· Manage company bios and profiles for various associations and memberships to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
· Assist in developing and managing marketing campaigns, ads, videos and other marketing initiatives.
· Partner with outside vendors to manage fulfillment of print and promotional items, apparel, and other items as needed.
· Provide recommendations to marketing leadership and actively participate in team meetings to incorporate new tools and build new capabilities as needed
· Collaborate with outside agencies and other vendor partners to keep projects on time and on budget
· Ability to make presentations and analysis and recommendations to leadership

Required Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or English and/or related field. or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
· Strong written and verbal communications skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals including executives, clients, teaming partners and peers.
· Ability to assess problems and implement solutions.
· Ability to manage competing and changing priorities and perform multiple tasks within compressed timelines.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities maintaining a sense of urgency.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Canva.
· Familiar with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred.
· Experience managing budgets is a plus.
· Experience with trade shows and event management is a plus but not required.
· Strong problem solver and communicator, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment by working independently and as a member of cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
Other Requirements
· This position is full-time and remotely based so it is important to have experience working collaboratively with a remote team.
