Marketing Coordinator - Hyannis Country Garden Inc

The Marketing Coordinator Position is responsible for implementing the company's marketing plan and strategy, including the company's branding strategy, advertising program, departmental promotions, managing social media and digital marketing, website, newsletters, and other communications to maximize company marketing activities and efforts.

Position Functions:

- Implements company marketing strategy and branding strategy.

- Creates marketing content for advertising promotions.

- Coordinates operational logistics of in-person events, including attending and facilitation, setup, attendee registration, food and beverage and breakdown.

- Executes advertising campaigns and contacts across all media channels.

- Coordinates social media and digital marketing across social marketing across social media platforms. Tracks and analyzes results of social media traffic and the success of campaigns.

- Coordinates and maintains current, relevant marketing content on the company website, including events.

- Creates and publishes Weekly Newsletter.

- Coordinates internal communication of campaigns and relevant content with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.

- Contributes to the development of the company's annual marketing plan, advertising campaigns, events, promotions and public relations.

- Develops and maintains digital graphic library on network server.

- Works with Finance Manager on budgeting and understanding/maintaining the Marketing Budget.

- Upholds company standards and expectations.

Education & Experience:

A candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and three to five years of related experience.
